If payment is being made by credit card, the credit card must be on site at the time of delivery, the person whose name is on the credit card must be on site and a valid id must be shown to the delivery driver.

Note: If it appears that we can deliver to your job sooner than we anticipated, we will make every effort to call you.  All customers will receive a telephone call on the scheduled date of the pour, approximately 30 minutes to an hour before.  It is IMPERATIVE that the customer answer the telephone call as we have other scheduled concrete pours we must get to. If we are unable to reach the customer and/or contractor by telephone prior to your scheduled pour we will not deliver the concrete.
